These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Rovera.xyz, and any legal relationship between you ("User", "Buyer", or "Seller") and Rovera.

By accessing or using Rovera, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately. Rovera reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
Rovera operates exclusively as a marketplace and middleman service for Roblox limited items and virtual goods. Rovera does not own or officially distribute Roblox items.
When a Buyer places an order: (1) Rovera temporarily holds the payment securely. (2) The Seller delivers the item within 24 hours. (3) The Buyer confirms receipt. (4) The held payment is released to the Seller.
Rovera is not affiliated with Roblox Corporation. All Roblox assets and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Orders may take anywhere from 1 hour up to 24 hours depending on seller availability, Roblox trade limitations, trade holds, or technical issues outside Rovera's control.
Rovera primarily accepts cryptocurrency payments:
PayPal may occasionally be offered. Users are solely responsible for ensuring payment activity complies with all provider policies. Rovera assumes no liability for PayPal disputes, limitations, holds, or chargebacks.
Accounts with a positive Rovera balance that remain inactive may be subject to an inactivity fee of $5 USD every 30 days. Inactivity fees are non-refundable.
Disputes between Buyers and Sellers must be reported to Rovera Support at help@rovera.xyz. Rovera reserves the right to review disputes and determine resolutions at its sole discretion. Decisions are final.
Sellers are fully responsible for maintaining account security, ensuring their Roblox account can trade, delivering sold items within the agreed timeframe, and providing accurate listing information.
Failure to complete transactions, fraudulent behavior, or marketplace abuse may result in suspension, balance forfeiture, or permanent termination.
Withdrawals may only be processed using supported cryptocurrency methods. Rovera reserves the right to delay withdrawals for fraud prevention, request identity verification, or deny withdrawals if Terms are violated.
Rovera reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) or anti-money laundering (AML) documentation. Failure to comply may result in restricted functionality or account suspension. Rovera maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding fraud, money laundering, or financial abuse.
The Rovera platform, branding, systems, design, and source code are the exclusive intellectual property of Sparkle (sw8tx). Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rovera shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, Roblox account bans, delayed trades, seller misconduct, or cryptocurrency volatility. All use of Rovera is at the user's own risk.
